Electron gun producing beams with controllable current density

چکیده

Abstract The existing Brillouin-type electron gun at the TwinEBIS test bench is, according to Herrmann theory, capable of producing an beam with a current density 3850 A/cm 2 in T solenoid. To control and magnetic flux inside beam, - now using purely electrostatic focusing can be modified by permitting reach cathode. In such configuration, stabilizing controlled changing magnet coil surrounding radial oscillations resulting from increased field on cathode, significantly reduced employing non-adiabatic near gun. This method has been recently developed successfully used REXEBIS CERN. We present computer simulations electro-optical system.
